📦 1. Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products and services (e.g. online courses, digital downloads, templates, consulting sessions):

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue or did not receive your product, please contact us at hello@rainbowfashionrajbd.shop and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

💬 2. Consulting & Coaching Sessions

If you book a 1:1 service (e.g. coaching or consultation):

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.

For special circumstances, contact us directly — we’re happy to help where possible.

📦 3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If any physical merchandise is sold (e.g. branded items or books):

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Discounted or promotional items
